Privacy policy

Cutting Edge Group Co., Ltd. ("we") is the data controller of the personal data you give us when you order in the Vilamas Indigo webshop, under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

Name, e-mail, phone number, LINE ID (if given), delivery address, company details and tax ID (if you ask for a tax invoice), and your order. We do not store card details: card payments are handled directly by Stripe.

Why, and on what legal basis

To process your order, deliver it and contact you about it (performance of the contract), and to issue tax invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Who receives your data

Only what is needed goes to the delivery company, the payment provider (Stripe) and the providers of our systems. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Orders and tax invoices are kept for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law; other data only as long as needed for the service.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to info@cutting-edge-group.com. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
