Terms of sale

The Vilamas Indigo webshop is run by Cutting Edge Group Co., Ltd., tax ID 0105559103453 (Head Office). By ordering on this website you accept the following terms.

1. Prices

All prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT. Shipping is charged by weight and shown at checkout, before you pay.

2. Orders

The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be made or a price was shown in error; you then get a full refund.

3. Payment

Pay by credit or debit card or PromptPay through Stripe, or by bank transfer. For bank transfers we ship once the payment has arrived. Orders not paid within [7] days may be cancelled.

4. Tax invoice

We issue the tax invoice after payment. For a full tax invoice in the name of a company, enter the company name, tax ID and branch when you order.

6. Handmade products

Our products are woven and dyed by hand. Colours and patterns can differ slightly from the photos; this is not a defect.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
